本サイトでも連日かき氷を紹介しているが、今年はまさに金沢の”かき氷元年”だ。金沢の老舗氷屋の『クラモト氷業』専務取締役・蔵本和彦さんが、金沢からかき氷文化を発信すべく、日夜奮闘。実に多くのかき氷専門店がオープンし、様々な業態からユニークなかき氷メニューが登場している。そんな中、この夏『香林坊大和』にて夢のコラボイベントが開催される。氷のプロである『クラモト氷業』の蔵本さんが、金沢市内近郊の数あるかき氷店からおすすめの６店舗を厳選。『香林坊大和』地下1階に5日間ごとに入れ替わりで出店し、最旬かき氷をテイクアウトスタイルで販売する。気になる参加店は、年中かき氷を販売している専門店や今年オープンした話題の新店、和菓子の老舗など、いずれも氷蜜やシロップ、ソース、トッピングにこだわり抜いた名店揃い。一口のかき氷と言ってもそれぞれ全く異なる、奥深いかき氷の魅力にとことん魅了されてみて。
