McLaren is working on a follow up to what is likely its most famous car: the F1.McLaren’s Special Operations division will build the new limited-production $2-million car as an homage to the original F1.Many of the features that made the F1 famous will be used on the modern car, including a three-seat layout with a center-mounted driver seat, powered dihedral doors and a roof snorkel. The new F1 won’t chase outright performance, leaving the P1 at the top of the heap.
