This is by far my new favorite standing desk. The lumber and screws combined cost less than $140 and it's designed to be super easy to build. The whole project is made of thirteen 2x4's and one 2ft x 4ft Birch plywood sheet that can be purchased right off the shelf at your local hardware store. It's simply the perfect standing desk that I haven't been able to find anywhere else. The top is 27in x 51in so there is plenty of space for your iPad, headphones, etc. The optional riser also allows you to elevate your monitor above your work area giving you all that important space back. The included chair is sturdy, comfortable, and I'm absolutely in love with the simple yet modern wooden look. This is a fun and quick project that I'm sure you'll enjoy making. I know my 4 year old daughter and I did! If you would like a specific height please message me and I'll send you an updated set of drawings at no extra charge. I do recommend the Kreg pocket hole system for this project. I use a lot of pocket holes in my designs because it produces strong joints that look clean and professional. Plans include: - List of Materials - Cut List - Detailed Assembly Drawings - Digital CAD file for reference (STL and Parasolid*) *I recommend uploading the parasolid file to Autodesk A360 file viewer and using it for reference on your phone or tablet as you build. It allows you to select each part and see the part number. This is VERY useful and makes the building process super easy.
