It is an aesthetically pleasing sign that I post in all of my short term rentals! It adds a personal touch and helps put all of the most important information for guests in plain view. Even though we also have a great welcome guidebook, guests often would ask us about information that was in the book. After posting these signs in our rentals, it was a huge communication boost for guests to have information they care most about somewhere easy to reference - like the refrigerator or framed on a prominent wall! What will I get? ✈✈✈ An instructions page PDF with a link to an editable Canva template so that you can edit and change the template to your unique preferences. -The size of the Welcome Guide is a US Letter 8.5 x 11 inches. How does it work? ✈✈✈ Once you purchase the file, your downloads will be available in the “Purchases and Reviews” section of Etsy. Then, it’s just a few quick steps: 1. Download & Save your PDF files 2. Create a FREE Canva Account if you wish to edit the template at: https://www.canva.com 3. The link to the editable template is in your instructions PDF. Edit the template as desired and download your file (PDF or high quality PNG or JPEG is recommended). 4. Print! Where do I print? ✈✈✈ Print at home, at a local office supplies store like Office Max or Staples, or use a local print shop. Returns: ✈✈✈ While I do not offer returns, I do stand by my work.
