Original acrylic textured glitter painting by Lisa Gates *Gallery-wrapped canvas *hanging hardware attached *painted sides, no framing required Created using a several shades of neutral gray for the top portion and a slightly darker neutral gray for the bottom. The gray areas were given a soft pearl shimmer to give a soft silver look. Embellished diagonally with broken glass, silver mirror pieces and chunks, several different silver glitters set in resin across the middle. Many tiny mirror pieces are individually positioned and placed fading out from the middle to give a nice transition between glitter band and canvas. Pictures do not show how much sparkle this painting has; it really just catches the light. The piece has depth and character in the glitter portion. The main part of the canvas is sealed with a UV gloss sealer. All glitter is sealed so glitter falling off is not an issue.
