This dramatic corset is made from over 18 individual pieces which means it has the ability to create significant curves. The corset is made from an irridescent grey taffetta. Opposite cup and hip panels are covered with hand made Canadian smocking. There is a cascade of hand woven different sized silver aluminum scalemall traveling across the front. The full length skirt is made from multiple panels with very full godets at the hem. The arm armor is a combination of hand woven scalemail and scales sewn into a stretch fountain. The neck portion of the arm armor is a six into one weave with large scales creating a ruff. The corset is constructed on a foundation of imported coutil. Spiral steel bones are used on the curved seams and flat steel on the straight seams, making this corset both durable and comfortable. All bones are encased in sturdy cotton bone casing for maximum protection against poke through. Please measure your BUST AT ITS FULLEST POINT (do not use your bra size as this is different), RIB CAGE (directly below the bust) WAIST AT IT SMALLEST (usually at the navel) and HIPS AT THE FULLEST POINT and NAPE TO WAIST (base of neck to natural waist in back) If you have any questions about taking your measurements please contact me.
