Use this simple game when teaching the Lost Sheep parable to your preschool, kindergarten or Sunday School students. This game could also be used along with sheep related nursery rhymes. Sheep numbered to ten are placed on the hillside randomly. Students spin the spinner and find the matching sheep. The sheep is moved to the pen in its matching numeral spot until all sheep are found. There is a standard sized game that is printed on two 8.5 x 11 sheets of paper, with sheep that are meant to be attached to plastic bottle caps. A larger game that has a hillside sheet that is meant to be printed on 11 x 17 and a pen on regular 8.5 x 11 paper is also available. The game includes larger sheep that can have velcro dots attached to the back to place them more securely to the hillside and in the pen for less moving around during play.
