Easy no resin steampunk pendant. Materials: Glass drops, Wire, Charms, Felt, Hot glue, and Scissors. Lay out your design on a small piece of felt. Add hot glue on top of design and press glass drop on top. Cut away excess felt. Now you have a beautiful design that you can add to any craft project. Wrap it for a pendant. Glue it to a headband.
