All tops are sealed with a Minwax polyurethane. Sink bowls, drains, and faucets are NOT included with the purchase of this vanity. However, I can send you the links to where I purchased the ones in the description picture. All vanities are made from yellow pine. They have soft close hinges, black handles and drawer slides. All drawers are fully functional. I will have other designs coming soon! Please message me for any custom sizes. I can offer any stain color besides the ones I have listed. I can also offer a painted vanity as well. The painted vanities would have mdf doors. All vanities are 33 3/4" tall and 24" deep. I try to keep my lead time around 2-3 weeks as I work 7 days a week to keep up with orders. We have been building furniture since 2018 and joined Etsy in 2022.
