It’s a wrap! Spoiling hubby tonight with a Yorkshire pudding wrap to pile our leftover roast beef in! Just a smidge over 3 syns (without any HEA) – tag a friend in the comments if they could get their teeth around one of these! 🤣😋👩🍳🥰 This recipe makes two large Yorkie wraps, I made these in two 20×30 Swiss roll tins, or you could make one in a large roasting tin, cook slightly longer and cut in half. Ingredients to make two wraps 2 Eggs 30 g of plain flour (4.8 syns) 75 ml skimmed milk (1.5 syns or part of HEA) ( because egg sizes vary add your milk little by little to get the right consistency) Frylight Splash of malt vinegar Good pinch of Salt Method 1. Pre heat oven to 210C 2. Whisk the eggs well and then add the flour to form a smooth paste. 3. Add the milk, 1/2 tsp of malt vinegar and salt. 4. Give this a good beat until there are no lumps and pop in the fridge to chill. 5. Spritz your oven tray with a very generous amount of Frylight 6. Pop it in the oven for about 5 minutes until it foams. 7. Get your batter out of the fridge and give it a good stir. 8. Cook at 210°C for 7 minutes then, without opening the oven door, turn the oven down to 200°C and allow to cook for another 3 – 5 minutes – you don’t want them too crisp or they will be hard to roll. 9. When the puddings comes out of the oven you need to work quickly so have your filling ready! Remove puddings from the tin, flatten slightly with the back of a large metal spoon. 10. Add your filling of choice and roll up! I served each wrap cut in half. #comedinewithliz #slimmingworld #slimmingworlduk #slimmingworldmafia #leanin15 #healthyeating #weightlossjourney #slim #foodblogger #foodblog #foodporn #foodphotography #sw #swinsta #fitoverfifty #fitover50 #Osteoarthritis #tuesdaymotivation #transformationtuesday #wraps #leftovers #roastbeefwrap #feelgoodfrying
