I'm not really sure if this is a Saturnine pattern indeed, in fact there is no official image of this pattern. But there was once a miniature that was said to be just that. It dates back to Rouge Trader Era and may be referred to as Terminator Armor Mk.I More recent images of it look something like this. I found it to be quite an interesting design to try in Lego. It's not too accurate, but I hope I caught the shape just about right. It matches the size of my "normal" WH40K Terminators (Indomitus Pattern). 360° rotation
