A neat, black felt mini beret hat with lovely array of vintage buttons - finished with a luscious tassel. This unique hat is fun and easy to wear but sure to get you noticed - perfect for steampunk costume events, anything London or cockney themed, burlesque, music hall or dressing as a pearly queen! The underside is finished with traditional petersham ribbon and lined with satin. The hat base is approx 17.5cm in diameter and sits just under 4cm high excluding the tassel. The tassel is 14cm long. This hat is held on with a black hat elastic which sits comfortably under hair at the nape of the neck.
