We recommend that you keep your doormat in a dry, covered area to prolong the life of the design. Getting them wet is NOT recommended. Decorative doormats are NOT meant for heavy use. To clean, simply shake or vacuum away any debris-do not get them wet to clean. All coir mats will shed, so vacuuming or shaking them out will help release the extra or loose fibers. These are made from REAL coconut fibers and if they get wet, they can stain from the natural coconut oils and will cause your lettering to fade quicker. We recommend spraying your new mats with a protective sealer, like clear flex seal spray or mod podge, as stated in 2nd photo. Feel free to message with any questions. Our Mats feature a slip resident back, with a coir front. We use high quality cured UV Ink on the door mats to help prevent fading. The ink affixes directly to each fiber in the material. TURNAROUND TIMES: All doormats made to order in the order received. All doormats are ready to ship in 4-6 business days. NOTE, we work Monday-Friday. All orders are processed on the next business day after you order. For example, if you order on a Friday, the next business day is Monday and day 1 of the processing time for your order. Once the item is made and shipped, please allow another 3-6 days for shipping once they're made. All mats are shipped via FEDEX, USPS or UPS and tracking is always provided.
