It is removable, but not reusable (it can only be applied once to a surface). • Vinyl decals cannot be used on heavily textured surfaces including orange peel walls, stucco or brick. • Each decal graphic comes separately so can be placed however you choose - the photo is just an example of how you can place it. • Decals come with detailed instructions. • Decals are rolled when shipped.
