Super fun pair of vintage 1970's platform heels. Condition of these shoes is very good, bottom of soles show little to no signs of wear, you may find minor scuffs from storage, with close examination. The gold colored lettering is still fully visible on the inside of each shoe at the heel, "quality product of the United Kingdom." The size is marked inside each shoe, "4", which is the UK size, this would convert to a US size 6. Shoe uppers are warm brown vinyl, colored to simulate leather, the tongue area and over the toe is textured to mimic the appearance of a tooled leather design. The platform sole and heel are a solid, firm plastic product made to appear stacked wood slices. The bottom of the heel and sole are black vinyl/plastic. Please view all photos of sides of shoes, there is separation between the thin black sole and the brown platform sole where the sole makes a sharp upward bend to go from the ball of the foot area up toward the back/heel. The original cardboard is still in the shoes (we removed it for photos) to help hold the shape. On the back of both shoes, right above the heel is a small light spot where the brown color is rubbed off, please view photos of the back of the shoes to see this. We do have the original box and will include it, the box is in rough condition, one pic of the end showing label is included in the photos.
