The DBT House building activity is a Dialectical Behavior Therapy tool. It centers around the four different levels of the house, and how they correspond to the four stages of DBT treatment. The activity can be a meaningful process in identifying strengths, support systems, areas for growth, and clarifying what makes a life worth living.
