Both planks are securely fixed together using the metal brackets and fixings provided. These brackets are made from raw steel which will vary slightly in colour and texture due to the handmade nature of the product. Our shelf brackets come unattached, this allows you to customise exactly where you want to fix the brackets. Each shelf can hold 35kg. Complimentary wall plugs and screws will be included with your order, but may not always be the best option for your wall type. If you are unsure about installation, you may wish to seek a professional to install. We are not liable for installation. | The Timber | This shelf is made from Scandinavian Pine. As wood is a natural product, some movement is expected - including twists, bows, splits, may occur due to change in temperature. If you have questions about this please let us know! The wood has unique characteristics which will vary per order. These characteristics include grain patterns, splits, saw marks, knots and variation in colour. All of our timber is Kiln-Dried. | Our Finishes | We use a natural oil-wax finish on all of our wooden products. Our finishes illuminate the timber's natural characteristics and protect the timber with a water resistant finish. All finishes are water/dirt repellent, and microporous. We offer a range of 6 finishes to choose from, due to the natural products we use, and your screen - the colour may slightly vary to photo, please reach out to us if you have any questions. | About Us | Folkhaus is a small family owned business.
