It’s been a while but I’m back with another beans recipe! This one uses up the last of the summer tomatoes combined with salty olives and lots of garlic to make a gorgeously flavorsome sauce the balsamic contrasts so nicely with the sweetness of the tomatoes and is teamed with the creamy butterbeans and some fresh pesto, it’s a bowl you’re gonna want to get stuck into asap I scooped it all up with some toasted sourdough but you can serve it with anything you like
