The long handles or two side handles can be attached to hot vessels in the oven for safe transport without the need for potholders or oven mitts. Interchangeable handles easily turn a cooking pan into a serving vessel. The impact-resistant glass lids are flat for efficient stacking storage in the refrigerator and to take up less space in dishwasher or cabinet.
