This product includes assessments/quick checks/formal assessments for Problem and Solution. Each formal assessment (4 total) consists of 4 questions pertaining to Problem and Solution as a quick check for student's comprehension at the end of each day. Answer key is included at the bottom of each page. 1 10 question assessment are included in this product as well. I also included an open ended activity where students read a passage and write the problem and solution of the story.
