As someone who has a hectic school semester, busy days tend to be the norm for me. Sometimes on those busy days, you can forget to keep yourself some time to wind down and relax. We can be so focused on finishing up tasks that we forget to give ourselves a little care. I think it’s important to practice a bit of self-care after being so busy, it could feel like a reward after finishing the day.
