The conflict and discomfort are palpable in “Obstruction,” the new track by LA-based singer/songwriter Abby Sage, even as the song ebbs and swells gently. Carried by Abby’s dreamy vocals, the music seems to contrast with the lyrics, but then not, as she explains: “In ‘Obstruction,’ I wanted to per
