After deploying the LL 330 Grasshopper, OrionBlu set to work on a new Grasshopper variant which was capable of transporting more than just personal and light cargo. The Dropship Variant required registration of its own Lunar Landing number officially registered as the "LL331 Grasshopper D". The LL331 is slightly longer and significantly taller than the LL330 and can move light ground vehicles (pictured with a MoonDog here) across planetary surfaces quickly. While the LL331's engines appear to match those of the LL330, the LL331's VTOL engines provide nearly twice the lift and a second set of thrust engines ensure the LL331 performs as well as the LL330, even with its heavier loads.
