About An elegant pair of Louis XVI petite side chairs, circa 1870s. Made from solid walnut with a high back featuring pierced splat and caned seat. The chair includes a beaded bronze framework that follows the contour of the seat back. Complimented by bronze trim along the apron and floral embellishment. The chairs is supported by tapered fluted legs terminating into arrow feet. Originally purchased from Paris, France in the 1980s.
