First all the old varnish and paint was removed from the hull, cabin top and mast/boom spars. Then all exterior surfaces and mast/boom were coated with 20 coats of Coelan polyurethane coating. Below the waterline, the boat was coated with Coppercoat. New Harken fittings and tracks were installed. New Dyneema halyards, sheets and trim lines were added. The following new sails were made by Next Sails: 2 main sails (one in Dacron and one in laminate), genoa (laminate), and jib (Dacron). Closed-cell foam cushions were made for both inside and outside, with sand colored Sunbrella fabric. New boat, hatch and cockpit covers were made in Sunbrella fabric.
