45min · 8 servings Ingredients: • 12 ice-cream sandwiches, story bought • 200g chocolate mint aero bars • ½ cup of your fave choc mint candies • Whipped Cream • 600ml thickened/whipping cream • 2tsp vanilla extract • Chocolate sauce • 300gm good quality dark chocolate • 50g butter • 50g brown sugar • 200ml cream Instructions: For the Chocolate sauce: • Add all the ingredients into a large microwave safe bowl and microwave for 20 seconds at a time, mixing each time until smooth. Any left-over sauce can be stored in an air tight container for up to 3 months. For the Whipped cream: • To whip your cream, add the whipped cream and vanilla extract to a large mixing bowl. Use a hand mixer to whip to stiff peaks. • To construct the cake add some whipped cream on your serving
