The pieces are all stunning: beautifully made, exceptionally sturdy and pet-proof. (We have a dog and two cats climbing all over them, and not a scratch in sight.) The customer service is excellent, with frequent updates on progress and great communication. The delivery team is very friendly and extremely careful. They managed to get the super-king-sized bed and a large TV stand to the second floor without ever touching the walls or banisters.
