I love the fresh start of a New Year! It's not only a clean slate on the calendar but it's also a great time to reorganize ourselves after the craziness of the holidays... including our mind and body and homes! I thought it would be fun to make a little list of 31 easy things to do this January to take some time for what is most important... put down the screens and reconnect with yourself, your friends and your family with small and enjoyable activities. None of these cost a lot of money nor require your smartphone or computer... they are all easy, for the most part free and are completely unplugged. You could focus on tackling one of these a day for 31 days to work through the whole list... or try to accomplish 2 or 3 each day - for 31 straight days. Or just pick and choose whatever suits your lifestyle and your desires. However you decide to start the New Year fresh... I do hope it's a great one for you!
