This one really does feel a bit ✨MAGIC✨ Oobleck is a messy play favorite! Add a few spooky items like eyeballs and bugs to make this a really Halloween hit! Not only is it extremely fun to play with, but this non-Newtonian substance is also a great way to introduce basic science concepts. 👻🎃 To make your own oobleck, start by mixing a ratio of 2 parts cornstarch to 1 part water (ie. 2 cups corn starch to 1 cup water). Stir it up and evaluate the consistency. If it feels too firm, slowly add more water. If you want to make it a specific color, add a few drops of food coloring. While it is easy to clean up, I highly recommend you do this one OUTSIDE because it can get messy!!! What is so neat about oobleck??? Apply pressure and it feels like a solid, but leave it be and it will run like a liquid!
