How to Make Razzleberry Jam

Garden - Dark Chocolate Strawberry Jam ππ« A rich, chocolatey twist on classic jamβperfect for desserts or cheese boards! Ingredients: 6 cups chopped strawberries π 2/3 cup cocoa powder π« 1/3 cup dark chocolate balsamic vinegar πΊ 1 packet Sure-Jell pectin π¦ 1 tsp butter π§ 7 cups sugar π Instructions: In a big pot, mix strawberries, vinegar, pectin, and butter. Heat on high, stirring. Once it starts bubbling, add sugar and cocoa powder. Stir well. Bring to a hard boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Then remove from heat. Pour jam into jars, leaving 1/2-inch space at the top. Seal with lids. Boil jars for 10 minutes to seal. Let jars cool undisturbed for 24 hours. Tips: Sealed jars last up to a year in the pantry. Refrigerate after opening. Great with cheese, crackers, or cake
