Larger sizes (over 20") may be cut on more than one sheet for shipping and application purposes. MEASUREMENTS ARE IN INCHES. PLEASE CONVERT YOUR MEASUREMENTS TO INCHES IF USING THE METRIC SYSTEM. Listing is for design as shown. Additional edits or changes may incur a design fee. ORDERING PROCESS: 1. Select quantity, size and decal color. 2. In the personalization box, please include the following: A. Your Mirror's measurements (in inches) B. Name, date and/or hashtag C. Custom wording if requesting changes D. Layout direction (horizontal or vertical) - see picture E. Your mirror's shape (if not a traditional rectangle) F. Date needed. 3. Add to cart 4. Select desired shipping method based on date needed. Check to ensure mailing address is correct. 5. Checkout - Orders needed within 1 week must select the rush option. Orders needed within 2 weeks must select the priority option. All items are made to order and may require additional time to design, cut, process and package for safe shipment. Most items are completed within 3-4 weeks. However, during the busy wedding & holiday seasons (March - October, December) some items may take longer, especially large quantities. Shipping times are estimates and will vary by product, quantity, etc. If needed sooner than the shown estimated timeline, please select one of the upgraded shipping options or contact me for availability. My Sentiments will NOT be responsible for incorrect sizes/mirror measurements or layout placement. Please be sure to measure the mirror's display area not including any framed/beveled edges or curved areas. If your mirror is not rectangle, please specify the shape in the personalization box BEFORE checking out. Sending a message with a picture of the mirror will also help us to create the correct size. Decals are for decorative purposes only and are NOT recommended for direct contact with food. Prolonged exposure to heat and water is not recommended. Decals are not dishwasher safe. Handwashing is strongly recommended for products with vinyl decals. *****PROOFS***** Digital proofs are sent for approval before each custom order is completed. Please note that if we do not receive a reply within 7 business days, we will mark your proof as approved and start production of the order. This is to ensure that your item is shipped out as scheduled. ~~APPLIATION~~ NOT FOR USE ON FABRIC. Decals come pre-masked with transfer tape for application. Decals are easy to apply, and an instruction sheet is included. An applicator tool is NOT included; however, you do NOT need any specific tools to apply the decal. Any hard object such as a bone folder, ruler or credit card will work. Decals should be applied to clean, smooth surfaces. Some surfaces like bounce houses should be cleaned with rubbing alcohol. Decals will not adhere properly to dusty, dirty, bumpy surfaces or oil based painted surfaces. If applying decals to a bounce house, be sure it is cleaned with rubbing alcohol, fully inflated and firm. My Sentiments will not be responsible for damages to any surface caused by decal application. If renting, please be sure to check with your vendor to ensure decals are allowed on their products. ~~ PERSONALIZATION~~ For personalized items, names, dates, and other wording will be copied exactly as provided in the personalization/note box, to avoid typos on my part. Please double check order details before submitting. Mistakes can sometimes happen. If a mistake was made on my part (color, size, spelling, etc.) please contact me immediately upon receipt of your order for a replacement. Orders will be considered complete after 3 days of delivery. Photos of previous work with options for customizations (colors, wording, etc.) are shown as examples of what can be done. ~~DAMAGES~~ Please be sure to open items immediately and inspect for damages. If an item arrives damaged, please contact me immediately, providing clear photos of the damaged item, the package it arrived in, etc. and I will work to rectify the situation. Your order will be considered complete after 3 days of delivery. ~~INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS~~ Items being shipped outside of the US may be subjected to VAT, taxes or postal handling fees. You, the buyer, will be responsible for any fees levied by your country's customs/mail department. My Sentiments will not refund these charges or orders returned for failure to pay these fees. ~~RUSHED ORDERS~~ If you need your item by a specific date, please message me to ensure this item can be completed and shipped in time for your event. Estimations of delivery times (once shipped) within the US can range from 1-2 days or as much as 3 weeks depending on shipping method selected, location, weather, holidays and other factors beyond my control. International shipping has NO guaranteed delivery time and can range from 6-10 days or 4-6 weeks depending on destination country, customs processing, etc. Please keep your event date in mind when ordering. If ordering for an event that is less than 2 weeks away, you may need to upgrade to rush shipping. Please inquire about rush shipping options and item availability if needed sooner than 1-2 weeks. Also, each item is custom made to the customer's specific color/size request and materials are ordered as needed which may require many hours of work & time.
