March 17 – 24 2014 Of the two weeks I spent in the Lower Rio Grande Valley in TX I think I only had four days without Wind, Rain, Clouds, Storms or all of the above. They have had a strange winter and it looks like it may be a strange spring. I checked out a couple of the same places I visited two years ago. I am about two to three weeks earlier this trip.
