If a cancellation is requested after an item has entered production, money and time have already been invested. At this point, it’s unlikely that a cancellation will be possible. I am happy to offer a refund or replacement (including shipping) if there is any damage to your order upon arrival. This includes things like manufacturing errors, items arriving with holes, or the order arriving with clear, demonstrable damage. To do so, please reach out WITHIN 7 DAYS of the item arriving to you, with photo or video evidence of the item’s improper condition. I am not able to offer refunds or replacement for custom order products unless they arrive damaged as described above. Custom items take quite a bit more time and effort on both my part as well as manufacturing. You will receive up to two proofs of custom products and have ample opportunity to make changes prior to your item being sent to production. I will not require customers to return any damaged items.
