This bleached oak armoire was made in the Netherlands, circa 1780. It features an ornamented crest, popular in eighteenth and nineteenth-century Dutch furniture, with a scallop shell and leaves. The upper cabinet consists of two shelves and three shelves, while a chest of three drawers sits below. Claw feet elevate the armoire, which displays decorative locks and a scalloped apron. Lovingly refurbished in our atelier for a rustic tone and smooth finish, which sets off the exquisite grain of wood.
