This is an original stained glass mosaic photograph of a nude's torso done in a gray scale palette. It was the first mosaic done as part of a 3 piece gray scale project that was exploring the use of micromosaic techniques and has been on display in multiple venues. The dimensions are 16" x 18" x 1 inches. Each of the pieces of glass is individually hand cut to achieve the clean lines and greater design detail. The mosaic is constructed on top grade plywood with the sides tiled in black glass. The grout is sealed and the exposed wood back is sealed.
