Recipe (Serves 2): 1️⃣ Add 1/2 cup each cauliflower, bell pepper, zucchini, yellow squash, broccoli and 2 small tomatoes to a pressure cooker. Add 1-2 tsp ghee and 2 1/2 cups water. Pressure cook for 4 whistles. 2️⃣ Once the cooker cools down, blend on high to form a creamy and smooth soup. Optional - You can sieve the soup into a pan. 3️⃣ Add salt, black pepper and chili flakes as per your taste and spiciness level. Mix well and simmer the soup on low heat. You can add more water to adjust consistency if you like. 4️⃣ Optional - Garnish with some heavy cream. Serve hot and enjoy!
