Hello a Big Welcome to my shop LittleGiraffePrints ❤ The Print you are purchasing is a PHYSICAL print but can be purchased as a Digital Print which will be emailed to you. PLEASE NOTE - The frame is NOT INCLUDED and as much as I would like to provide I do not have the room unfortunately and the postage would be very expensive, you can pick up great frames online or shops like Poundland. All Prints will be posted within 1-2 working days always except if customisation is needed. The post will have various delivery times depending on your location, UK being fairly quick and Australia can be a slow turnover. I don’t offer tracking because quite often the tracking is more expensive than the product and bad value for the customer if added onto the cost. My printers are capable of delivering top quality prints on various type or paper and I offer a wide selection of sizes. If you would like to know about the types of paper I offer please read below, if not please free free to message me with any questions and will aim to be answered in 1 day. I do have a day job that takes up a lot of my time but will try my best. ★ What Paper? ★ Gloss — gloss coated paper has a high sheen. Gloss papers have less bulk and opacity and are typically less expensive than dull & matte paper of equal thickness. Gloss coatings reduce ink absorption, which give the sheet an excellent colour definition. Satin — a satin coating is a less shiny coated finish. It has a lower gloss level than gloss finish, yet a higher gloss level than matte finish. Colours are sharp and vivid. Matte — a matte coated paper is a non-glossy, flat looking paper with very little sheen. Matte papers are more opaque, contain greater bulk, and are higher in cost. The coating still keeps much of the ink from being absorbed by the paper, which produces excellent, vibrant colour. Cotton Rag Premier Paper — This impressive fine art paper has a 100% cotton rag base with a premium etching coating, which provides a movement and aesthetic warmth to your artwork expected with traditional fine art techniques. Ultra Pearlescent Hi-White Paper — Heavy photographic weight, with an improved sheen level and pronounced pearl texture finish. Ultra white base for clean whites also with scratch resistant resin coat surface. ★ After Sale ★ Once you have purchased the print, I will endeavour to get the print posted or emailed to you as soon as possible. Depending on the country you live the postage times will vary, UK - 1-3 Days, Australia - 2 - 4 weeks, USA - 2 - 3 weeks, Europe - 1 - 2 Weeks but some places in Europe like the Greek Islands it can take longer. ★ Contact, Copyright and Refunds ★ Please under no circumstances copy any of my work, I will report to Etsy if I find my work copied. Any questions you have before and after will be answered within seven hours, I shall always try to find a resolution to any problems or customisation you would like.
