Ingredients • 1 Vegan friendly 15.25oz Red Velvet Box cake mix (We used Betty Crocker) • 1/4 cup of Just Vegan Egg • 1/2 cup of Vegetable Oil • Vegan Friendly white chocolate chips, optional Directions • In a medium bowl combine the first 3 ingredients • Mix until creamy • Stir in your chips • Mix well • Cover and refrigerate for 30 mins • Preheat oven to 350 • Scoop out a round ball using a spoon or ice cream scoop and place onto cookie sheet • Repeat with remaining dough, leaving a few inches between each cookie • Bake in preheated oven for 10-12 minutes • Remove and let
