“The Hanukkah celebration revolves around the kindling of a nine-branched menorah, known in Hebrew as the hanukiah. On each of the holiday’s eight nights, another candle is added to the menorah after sundown; the ninth candle, called the shamash (“helper”), is used to light the others.” This listing is our version of the Menorah, a chunky wood stacker. Its great for children to play with building and balancing the pieces, and can also be used as a flamless option as a Menorah. The flames can be placed on the ends to simulate a lit candle, and there are many configurations that show how the menorah can be set up. This stacker is made from 8 stackable piece and 9 wooden flames. It’s made from 1.75” thick poplar wood and is 8.5” long and 8” tall. This stacker is stained with watercolors and when it gets wet color transfer can accrued. Dues to small flames this stacker is for ages 3+ Note: wooden snowflakes are not included but can be purchase as an addition from our shop.
