The Duke of Swirl is a character in the Candy Land Universe and a major figure of the Candy Land board game series. His associated location is the Ice Cream Slopes. This section has not yet been completed. He only appeared in one Candy Land Game, replacing Mr. Mint Due to unpopularity, he was removed and Mr. Mint was brought back in future boards.
