This has been a very demanding and tiring year. This was a year just fantastic! The occupations of work have moved me away from Flickr for a while ... and then I went on vacation. This series of photographs is a tribute to my students of the PCV course: this year they were asked to work on alphabets. Since childhood I have always felt profoundly unfair that the teachers assigned tasks that they have never played in person. If you do not do it too - I thought - how you do you know how much this costs in terms of work and thoughts? Having said that, I thought it was honest to make myself an alphabet ... now I know how much it costs: it was not that as easy as expected but much more enjoyable. I had to and wanted to give me some rules: an alphabet made of only natural materials landart style, no glue, allowed boxcutter (just my Muji Swiss army knife). The project should begin and end on vacation (13 days - trips), and only played on the beach for up to two hours a day of work (but the time for thought was free), materials only from the beach and pine forest behind. It was not easy, you must be familiar with the materials and the shades at different times of day, hope for the appropriate weather … some days you hope there is sun and some days you hope in a cloud. It 'been a great exercise in creativity and stay within tight deadlines accelerates the ability to react to external stimuli: in these conditions you grasp a moment, a light, a branch, a shadow ... everything was more vivid on the beach, all spoke: a wonderful experience that I suggest as training and in the end I was also pleased with the outcome! I hope you like it and soon I'll posdt a couple of backstage fun :-))) I wish you a wonderful year, shamelessly rich with your wishes: one for each letter of the alphabet! 1. A, 2. B, 3. C, 4. D, 5.
