Appetizers always taste better at Christmas. You’ve got to make these cheddar chive crackers. In a mixer with paddle attachment, add: • 2 cups shredded cheddar • 1 cup shredded white cheddar • 1 stick softened butter • 1 cup flour • 3 Tablespoons finely chopped chives • 1 tsp chili powder • 1 Tablespoon cold water Pinch of salt Mix until combined. Place on lightly floured surface and roll out to about 10 inches long. Wrap in plastic and refrigerate at least 2 hours. Slice and place on parchment line baking sheet. Top each with flaky salt. Bake at 350 for about 20-25 min until bottoms are crisp and tops are golden. Let cool slightly and serve warm or at room temp.
