Dinner that's bursting with flavor | Dinner that's bursting with flavor You'll feel like a winner with this delicious chicken dinner. #dinner #chickenrecipes #tasty #easyrecipe | By Scott & Karen | We're starting with one cup of chicken broth. To that, we are adding onion powder, one teaspoon, Stay with me because we got quite a few spices. That's what I'm looking at. Uh huh. Garlic powder, one teaspoon. Stay with us. I know. Woo hoo. Some basil. One teaspoon. And oregano. One teaspoon. Lots of spices huh? The ground mustard, half a teaspoon. And lastly, some parsley. Also, half a teaspoon. And I'm going to whisk it all together. Our next step is to season these tenders, a little bit of salts, and I have about a pound and a half here and a little bit of pepper. And then we have some Italian seasoning. Oops sorry. Let me show that a little faster. It was. Herb slower. And I'm just going to start sprinkling. Lots of flavors in this huh? There are a lot of seasoning. Between the other sauce that you just made. I know. I know. I know. Okay. Now we're going to start dredging in some flour. Okay. We just want to coat them. It's an odd term. Dredge? Yes. And then we're going to add each one to the skillet. I have some olive oil in here. And we will cook these till they are kind of golden. Now that these are done, we're just going to take them off and then we're going to cover them and set them aside while we work on our next steps. Now we're going to take our broth and seasoning mixture and add that to our skillet. We're going to let this come to a boil and scrape the sides and the bottom to get all that goodness in there. Now we're going to add one can of this cream of chicken soup. And we're going to just combine this in with the broth. Now we are adding 3 quarters of a cup of sour cream. And we're going to do the same thing. Just keep stirring until it's combined. Now we're adding a/ 4 cup of milk. Then I have about three teaspoons of lemon juice. And we're just going to blend this together. Now we're putting our tenders back in there. And we'll take our spatula and just spoon the sauce. That's going to be good. Smells really good. And how long does it cook now? Longer or? It does. We're going to let this warm through basically for about five minutes or so. Okay. And then we'll be ready to taste. Whoo. Alright, we're doing a tasting for dinner in the middle of the day. So, I'm thrown off here. It's you can do it. It's just past lunch time. But we wanted to get this recipe done and see what it's like. That's right. So as you can tell tonight we're having it with mashed potatoes and green beans. Um the lemons are just a little decoration. Make it look extra nice. But let me try this chicken. Oh. Lay them down. Try this chicken. Okay. With the sauce and see what it's like. Mm. The sauce is good. That's what I thought. I had a little taste. Mhm. Don't tell anybody. Oh yeah. There's a ton of flavor in it. I mean you saw how many spices were added. Right. Exactly. How could it not have a ton of flavor? And it does. Uh which was expected. But they all really blend together well. That sauce is great. Good. Yeah. Good. Yeah. I'm excited. Me too. So although I'm not starving just yet. I know I'm going to have something good for dinner so that's good. That's right. Okay. Here it is. Is herb chicken.
