It is Tuesday, your good news day! Today marks the beginning of our fourth year of tangling strings together. Aren't you newly energized and inspired after yesterday's gallery of birthday tiles? Speaking of inspiring, Lynn Mead, CZT posted a new pattern on her blog A Tangler's Mind. Lynn explains that she named her new creation ABEKO as it is a blend of Abundies, Eke, and Echoism. (Its initial lines remind me of Jem Miller's Kitl as well.) The variations that Lynn provides are enough to keep a tangler happy for days, so let's spend some time this week getting to know Abeko. We begin with this string ~ IAST #157 by Adele Bruno, CZT I designed this string to be very flexible. You may close the spiral, draw it as a circle, whatever inspires you.
