US President Barack Obama and First Lady Michelle began a three-day visit to the UK by attending a private lunch with the Queen and Duke of Edinburgh. Mr Obama then met with Prime Minister David Cameron ahead of a dinner at Kensington Palace with the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and Prince Harry. On Saturday they visited Shakespeare's Globe theatre.
