Beef Stroganoff Ingredients • 1lb cooked beef, I used pot roast leftovers (sub 1lb ground beef-cook with onions) • 1 onion, diced • 1 tsp minced garlic • 1/2 tsp thyme • 1 tsp kosher salt • 1/2 tsp black pepper • 1 cup heavy cream • 1 cup beef broth • 1 tsp browning sauce • 2 cups gluten free pasta • 8oz sliced mushrooms • 2 tbsp olive oil *Cooked Pasta Cook the pasta according to the directions. Place a large skillet over medium heat and add the olive oil, beef and onion. Once cooked add the mushrooms, beef broth, seasonings, garlic and heavy cream. Cook for about 5-10 mins until the sauce is reduced some. Add the pasta in and cook for an additional 5 minutes until pasta is coated. Enjoy
