Each piece is kiln dried, however cracking will occur as your natural timber product adapts itself to the environments moisture, temperature & exposure to sunlight. The appearance of cracking can be alarming at first but be assured it is a natural part of your timber's lifecycle. This is not a deterioration but a natural reaction to climate.
