While the culture of custom-made bikes is still at a very nascent stage in India, these 7 custom-bike builder dudes are putting their craft to work and how! 1) Bobbee Singh, Old Delhi Motorcycles © Facebook © Facebook A purist and a rebel at heart, Bobbee Sing is a specialist at restoring vintage Royal Enfield and transforming them into modern-day beats. He has showcased his creations at a variety of platforms around the globe alongside developing an international customer base in USA, London and Germany. 2) Vijay Sigh, Rajputana Custom Motorcycles © Facebook © Facebook Vijay almost became a sports journalist, learned everything about customizing bikes from the internet and never looked back. Well, of course, instead of becoming a journalist, he became one of India’s hippest bike maker. His first creation, called the Original Gangster, debuted at the 2010 Auto Expo and swept people of their feet. 3) Tushar Jaitly, TJ Moto © Facebook © Facebook Tushar studied automobile design at Turin’s Istituto Europeo di Design, the place where the iconic Cooper Mini was created. As soon as he stepped foot in India, Tushar decided to customize bikes. His first customization was his very own Harley-Davidson Iron 883. 4) Akshai Varde, Vardenchi Motorcycles © Facebook © Facebook Keeping Royal Enfield as the base, Akshai has been churning out freaking awesome bikes for the past 10 years now. He has made bikes for Akshay Kumar, Sameera Reddy and Jackie Shroff. 5) Gabriel D Zuzarte, Road Rage Custom Builds © Facebook Started in 2009 by Gabriel D Zuzarte, the company draws inspiration from classic American choppers. Apart from custom bikes, they also customize cars and RVs. Their most popular creation which also went on to win awards is called the Squadron. 6) Tarun Sidhu, PanjLoh Hand-Made Motorcycles © Facebook © Facebook Based out of Bhatinda, Punjab, PanjLoh specializes in making bobbers, café racers and choppers. Their creation, a customized Royal Enfield called Bulletproof, is an example of how brilliant their work is.
