The Gestetner company commissioned the services of Raymond Loewy to design a 'new look' for their duplicating machines. As a result of the renowned Loewy's work, the model 66 was introduced in 1929. Seen here is the model 66E, the 'E' denoting electrically driven model. A stunning design with superb art-deco lines and trimmings, true to the era with bakelite side panels on the machine. A work of art!
