5min · 1 serving For the cocktail: • 50ml Vodka • 25ml Dragonfruit syrup • 25ml Lime juice • Muddled inch of cucumber • Cucumber garnish Top up with ginger beer, I recommend a spicy one that isn’t too sweet For the syrup • 250ml freeze dried dragonfruit • 250ml water • 250ml sugar • Heat in a pan on mid for 5 mins, mid/low for 15 and then leave without heat for 30mins. Strain out any solids, bottle and refrigerate up to 2 weeks For the cucumber Ribbon • Basically use a vegetable peeler (see my cucumber collins pin about 3 pins ago)
